Warren Valley Farm is a working potato, cattle and citrus farm. Although we are not certified organic, we manage the farm using natural systems and operate under a regenerative farming model.
We harvest different products year round and love to connect people to their food and further develop an understanding of where and how food is produced.
Please let us know if you would like a tour of the the property to share ideas about food production, landscape management, sustainability and the natural systems that we use.

You will have access to Lake Janis and surrounding bushland.
Telstra, Vodafone and Optus are limited to one or two bars reception onsite. (Adequate to message or call, however downloading data may be difficult)
We have an upstairs queen bed and an additional queen sofa bed down stairs - which will need to be set up and down daily due to space restrictions in the living room. Note the down stairs bed has a firm mattress and may be more suited to children or those who prefer a firm mattress.
The Grove at Ryans Rest is situated on the perimeter of our lemon grove and is located on a working farm enterprise. There will be odd times when the orchard may be busy with farm machinery and workers present. Noise, machinery, dust, spraying (which is not detrimental to your health) and livestock movement may impact your stay. However we endeavour do our very best to minimise this. (And ask that you embrace the opportunity to experience life on a working farm first hand!!)
We do ask that our guests stay on the perimeter of our lemon grove due to biosecurity risks. There are lovely hiking trails marked in surrounding areas.
There is approximately 3 kilometres of unsealed road which may contain potholes or corrugations at certain times of the year. It is two wheel drive access however. Please drive to the conditions.
The outdoor wood fired bath is filled with untreated water from Lake Janis.
Our homestead is located 500m away, although The Grove is discretely tucked away behind a grove of trees.
The nearest town of Pemberton is 12 km away, so please ensure you have adequate supplies - although it is a very nice drive into town (depending upon road conditions at the time!)
As this is a working farm, there are animals which are not fully domesticated.
All rainwater supplied to The Grove comes from our personal rainwater tank. A conservative approach to our potable water is required - particularly over the summer months.
There is a small dam and deep water located 50 metres from your accommodation.
The nearest supermarket is 20 minutes away.
Unfortunately we cannot allow pets at this location.
